Opportunity Overview We are currently hiring an experienced Electrical & Carpentry Construction Worker for a modern indoor facility operation in Canada. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technician who enjoys working with advanced climate control systems in a fast-paced and growing environment. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently while maintaining high operational standards. Key Responsibilities - Build and assemble grow infrastructure, including plant beds and facility components - Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the facility - Assist with basic electrical work (under supervision where required) - Painting, patching, and general upkeep of facility spaces - Support construction and renovation projects as needed - Troubleshoot equipment and mechanical issues - Assist with installations, modifications, and improvements to facility systems - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Skills & Qualifications - Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools - Experience in general construction (carpentry, basic electrical, repairs) - Ability to build, fix, and problem-solve independently - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment - Attention to detail and pride in quality work - Physically capable of lifting, moving materials, and standing for extended periods - Ability to take direction and work as part of a team - Positive attitude and willingness to learn What We’re Looking For - A “handy” individual who can take on a variety of tasks - Someone dependable, proactive, and solution-oriented - Comfortable switching between different types of work (construction, maintenance, repairs) - Takes ownership and gets things done without needing constant direction ????
