Summer Office Services Clerk (London)

Overview The Summer Office Services Clerk role is a 3-month contract position that assists our London office in a variety of administrative tasks. This role reports to the HR/Office Manager. Responsibilities - Assist in document preparation activities with firm members - Work with London staff to update firm filing systems - Assist in closing file exercise - Maintain client/staff lunchroom supplies - Other duties/projects as assigned Qualifications - A student currently enrolled in registered post-secondary education. - A resourceful self-starter, with a proven ability to work independently - Robust sense of task ownership and attention to detail - Proficient understanding of MS Office including Excel - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Effective time management skills with ability to prioritize and multitask Filion Wakely Thorup Angeletti LLP is one of Canada’s leading firms practicing exclusively labour and employment law on behalf of management.
