Pharmacist Position at Victoria Hospital, London

Support patient health as a Pharmacist at Victoria Hospital, part of London Health Sciences Centre. Ensure effective medication management and educate patients on their therapies in a collaborative environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing drug therapies for safety and effectiveness, while counseling patients regarding their medications. Interacting closely with healthcare providers, you will work together to solve medication-related challenges. Additionally, you will play a key role in training future pharmacists through mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:• Monitor and evaluate patient medication therapies • Educate patients on appropriate medication usage • Collaborate with healthcare staff to address drug therapy issues • Engage in the training of pharmacy students and residents • Commit to patient and family-centered care

Requirements:• Bachelor’s or PharmD in Pharmacy • Current registration with Ontario College of Pharmacists • Preferred experience of up to one year in pharmacy • Familiarity with Pharmacy IT systems and tools • Valid First Aid and CPR certification
