SEN Teaching Assistant– SEND Schools (Ages 3-19)

£93-£110 per day via PAYE We are looking for compassionate and reliable

SEN Teaching Assistants

to support students aged

3-19

within dedicated

SEND schools across West London . This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are

available Monday-Friday during term time on a long-term basis , starting either

ASAP or from September 2026 . We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with

personal care experience , a strong background in

SEND , and who hold a

valid child and adult DBS . Key Responsibilities

Providing personal care, including changing and toileting, in a dignified and respectful manner Supporting students with mobility around the school, including wheelchair use where required Assisting with transfers (including hoist use where applicable) Supporting learning in the classroom, adapting activities to meet individual needsWorking closely with SEN teams and following individual care and education plans Promoting inclusion, wellbeing, and independence throughout the school day Requirements

Availability

Monday to Friday, term time only, on a long-term basis Ability to start

ASAP or from September 2026 Experience supporting students with

SEND and/or complex needs

(highly desirable) Confidence delivering

personal care

in a professional and sensitive manner Experience or training with

hoists and mobility support

(preferred) A calm, patient, and nurturing approach Valid child and adult DBS
