We are currently seeking an experienced Head Concierge to join a prestigious residential development in London NW1. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused and professional individual with proven experience within a similar environment.

As Head Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of service to residents and guests, acting as the main point of contact for all enquiries, overseeing the daily operation of the concierge desk, monitoring onsite security, ensuring all visitors are appropriately announced before access is granted, and leading and motivating the concierge team. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer service experience, and a good understanding of Health and Safety procedures.
