Dr. Oetker is a state-of-the-art Pizza Production Facility in London, Ontario. The facility, built in 2014, employs about 300 associates and runs highly automated, high‑volume production lines for Ristorante, Casa di Mama, and Giuseppe pizzas under the Dr. Oetker label.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the

Production Supervisor

is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of employees engaged in various areas of the manufacturing process. You will:

Ensure your team is motivated, capable, well trained and efficient to meet targets and high standards.

Maintain accurate record keeping of staff, health and safety monitoring, PPE checks, hazard awareness and best practice.

Monitor quality and efficiency standards, rectifying issues where possible and escalating as needed.

Monitor stock levels, material supply and utilization using the SAP system.

Inspect all work areas daily, identify any areas requiring specific attention and act accordingly.

Lead the team by example, ensuring compliance with PPE and food safety standards at all times.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.

Experience in a unionized and/or food manufacturing environment is an asset.

Experience supervising a team of up to 40 employees.

Experience working with SAP or similar systems.

Strong knowledge of KPIs, Health and Safety, Food Safety, Quality, HACCP, waste rate and run rates.

Sound knowledge of OHS systems.

Excellent leadership, change management, organization and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work rotating shifts– typically 2 weeks days and 2 weeks afternoons.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization and the leadership team.
