Schedule Tuesday to Saturday shift

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism

Set up deliveries and book service calls

Process new contracts, create customer accounts, and schedule installations

Print, distribute, and close service work orders; bill out completed jobs

Promote and up-sell products and services to new and existing customers

Book walk-in and phone sales leads with the Sales Team

Make collections calls and forward outstanding invoices

Handle cash, operate POS systems, and prepare bank deposits

Reconcile receipts, payment batches, cheques, Moneris payments, and petty cash

Refer unresolved customer issues to appropriate departments

Carry out water jugs and salt bags for customers when needed

Qualifications

Friendly, outgoing personality with a desire to help

Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
