You will coordinate complex design efforts for highways and various roadways while mentoring junior staff within the transportation division. Key Responsibilities:• Prepare detailed designs for regional and local roads • Review compliance of CADD designs and shop drawings • Develop contract specifications and documentation • Mentor and support junior engineering staff • Liaise with clients and oversee project execution

Requirements:• Licensed P.Eng. in Ontario • At least 10 years of experience in highway design • Strong skills in AutoCAD and ProjectWise • Familiar with MTO approvals and standards • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
