Experienced Embedded Software Engineer in Automotive Development, London

In this role, you will engage deeply in the development and maintenance of software for light armored vehicle systems. With at least 2–3 years of relevant experience, you will collaborate with engineers to create high-quality applications. Utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, you'll ensure robust software performance while addressing hardware interactions.

Key Responsibilities:• Create and maintain embedded software for LAV products • Participate in structured software development processes • Collaborate with team engineers for software design • Conduct code reviews and suggest process improvements • Address software issues with strong troubleshooting skills

Requirements:• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Computer Science or similar • 2–3 years of relevant embedded software experience • Development skills in C and/or C++ languages • Knowledge of Eclipse-based IDEs and version control • Familiarity with safety-critical standards and protocols
