About the Role We are hiring a plumber who has successfully completed 2 school apprentice terms who lives in or near the London area. The successful candidate will have both experience & knowledge in residential plumbing with a proven track record of positive customer feedback. - Plumbing Apprenticeship Certificate - G Driving License - Residential plumbing experience What You’ll Be Doing - Residential plumbing service, repairs, and installations - Diagnosing plumbing issues and recommending solutions clearly to homeowners - Installing and servicing fixtures, water heaters, piping, drains, and related systems - Completing work efficiently, safely, and to Ontario code - Maintaining clean job sites and professional customer interactions - Using company-provided systems to document jobs and recommendations - Communicate with client what they can expect and/or how the installation/service is going - Explain plumbing services, repairs etc. to clients in a respectful no pressure manner What We’re Looking For Required: - Valid Ontario Plumbing License (or registered apprentice with experience) - 3+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred - Valid driver’s license with clean driving record - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Skilled, customer-first attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer - Competitive pay: $35.00–$45.00/hour (based on experience & licensing) - Company provided top up wage subsidy, to ensure an equivalent of 80 hours at standard pay per pay period, (after 3 month probationary period). - Consistent, year-round work - Company service vehicle & fuel card - Company-provided uniform & tools support - Paid training and ongoing skill development - Clear path for advancement and increased earnings - 2 weeks vacation and paid time off to start - Company/family events - Friendly, respectful, and inclusive work environment - Benefits package including: - Dental & vision care - Extended health care - Life insurance - RRSP matching Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour Benefits: - Company car - Company events - Dental care - On-site parking - RRSP match - Vision care Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ol4o3
