Join Aecon Civil as IDD Director and lead integrated design delivery on pivotal infrastructure projects across North America. Your expertise will ensure compliance and excellence in every phase from design to construction. In this critical position reporting to the VP of IDD & Geomatics, you will manage technical work streams, including engineering surveying and design management, across the entirety of the project lifecycle. Your leadership will foster an inclusive team culture, while ensuring the optimal alignment of technical processes with Aecon’s digital and BIM standards. Your strategic vision will be crucial for delivering large-scale infrastructure initiatives effectively.
