Job Title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner Employment Type: Permanent Locations: - Etobicoke / Durham / Pickering (Hybrid) - Vancouver, BC - U.S. support exposure (NJ / Charlotte) Hybrid- 3 days in office Must haves: - 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience - Strong experience recruiting within Utilities, Construction, Infrastructure, Engineering, or Nuclear sectors - Proven ability to recruit for hard-to-fill technical and engineering roles - Experience supporting hiring across both Canada and the U.S. - Strong sourcing and passive candidate generation expertise - Ability to work independently and influence hiring leaders - Experience building talent pipelines and executing creative sourcing strategies - Robust stakeholder management and recruitment consulting skills - Experience with Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools - Stable career progression with strong tenure in previous roles - Agency recruitment and/or international hiring experience is considered a strong asset - SAP experience is an asset Note: AI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job-related criteria.
