Manage complex civil construction projects as an On-Site Civil Construction Supervisor. Emphasize safety, team leadership, and effective planning on Northern Ontario jobsites. In this role, you will welcome field crews, supervise operations, and report directly to the Project Manager. Your responsibilities include organizing job site safety, leading performance metrics, and ensuring smooth workflow between workers and subcontractors.
