Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer satisfaction and company revenue. Welcoming visitors with a friendly demeanor to establish a positive shopping workplace right as they walk in. Sweeping floors, wiping down counters, cleaning beverage stations, and emptying trash bins to keep the environment inviting. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or related roles preferred. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated sales aptitude with experience in upselling techniques. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism. Minimum Age Requirements to handle age-restricted goods. Capable of standing on your feet for the majority of an 8-hour shift, as well as lifting and moving product boxes weighing up to 15–20 kg.
