Fitness Teacher (Lucan)

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to promoting health and wellness, while also providing exceptional instruction and support to our clients. As a Fitness Instructor, you will lead engaging classes—including kickboxing, dance, and other interactive fitness formats—motivate participants, and create a positive environment that encourages fitness and well-being. Duties - Design and deliver high-quality fitness classes (e.g., yoga, Pilates, Zumba, kickboxing, dance, and interactive formats) tailored to various skill levels and goals. - Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of exercises to ensure proper technique and safety. - Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation and builds community among clients. - Monitor participants' progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their fitness objectives. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition. - Engage with clients to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service. - Collaborate with team members to develop recent programs—including innovative dance, kickboxing, and interactive fitness classes—that enhance the overall fitness experience.
