Turf— grass cutting/trimming using self‑propelled mowers/gas trimmers New landscape/irrigation installs Weeding, cultivating and edging garden beds Property clean‑up using backpack blowers Garbage collection — collection of litter, bulk/cardboard Snow plowing/shoveling in winter seasonRental unit turn overs, carpet tear‑out, kitchen and bath renos Safe and responsible operation of equipment, vehicles, tools and supplies Requirements

Minimum of 2–5 years industry knowledge and experience Valid and clean driver’s license and abstract, Class G license A strong work ethic, organized, attention to detail and positive attitude Must be able to work under pressure and complete projects within time restraints Must be able to work in all weather conditionsTurf and plant identification skills are an asset Must be physically fit to perform all duties which includes lifting, pushing, kneeling and bending for an extended amount of time Comply with all company policies and regulations Student seasonal wage is $18–$19 per hour.
