Teen Challenge is seeking a full time Custodial Coordinator in London, ON. Oversee cleaning duties while supervising students in a supportive rehabilitation setting. In this essential role, the Custodial Coordinator reports directly to the Facilities Supervisor and ensures an productive cleaning process within the Ontario Men’s Centre. This position requires hands-on supervision of students engaged in work therapy, the effective use of cleaning materials, and adherence to health and safety standards. Seasonal responsibilities include maintenance tasks such as pool care and snow removal. Key Responsibilities: • Perform general cleaning tasks across facilities • Supervise assigned students in custodial work duties • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations • Report health and safety concerns to staff • Maintain and sanitize work areas effectively Requirements: • Experience in custodial work preferred • Robust understanding of health and safety protocols • Knowledge of WHMIS and SDS guidelines • Ability to engage positively with students • Willingness to perform seasonal maintenance tasks Lead the custodial efforts at Teen Challenge and support individuals on their recovery journey.
