In this full-time position, you will support the design and certification of special mission aircraft and airborne systems. Your role includes collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, developing engineering solutions, and mentoring junior engineers. Ideal candidates will possess strong experience in aircraft structural design, systems integration, and certification with direct exposure to Transport Canada regulations.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead structural design for aircraft modifications • Develop engineering design solutions for airborne systems • Produce compliance evidence and technical documentation • Support design from concept to testing phases • Participate in modification programs for fixed and rotary-wing aircraft

Requirements:• Bachelor’s in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering • Over 6 years of aerospace engineering experience • Experience with Transport Canada or FAA projects • Strong project management and organizational skills • Proven mentoring experience in engineering teams
