Maple Leaf Foods is searching for an experienced Power Engineer to support critical operations within a structured 12-hour rotating shift setup. Your skills in ammonia-based refrigeration and steam generation will play a key part in plant efficiency. As a Power Engineer, you'll ensure adherence to health and safety standards while maintaining operational equipment. You will perform essential monitoring, inspection, and logging duties to meet food safety and TSSA compliance. This fast-paced role demands a self-motivated individual who is detail-oriented and able to address issues promptly.
