Licensed Plumber or 2nd year apprentice (London)

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Plumber or a motivated 2-year Apprentice to join our construction and maintenance team. Duties - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and repairs - Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively - Perform routine maintenance on plumbing fixtures, pipes, and related systems - Assist with carpentry tasks as needed for structural support or modifications - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards - Troubleshoot issues within plumbing systems using basic math and technical schematics - Maintain a clean work environment and ensure all work complies with local codes and regulations Experience - Valid license as a Plumber or at least 2 years of apprenticeship experience in plumbing or related trades - Mechanical knowledge including familiarity with HVAC systems, welding, assembly, and maintenance practices - Experience working with hand tools, power tools, schematics, blueprints reading, and basic math calculations - Knowledge of construction processes and safety protocols in a worksite workplace - Prior experience in carpentry or general construction is a plus but not required - Ability to interpret technical drawings such as schematics for proper installation and troubleshooting This position offers a dynamic work environment where skilled tradespeople can grow their expertise while contributing to vital infrastructure projects.
