Looking for someone with open availability as shifts would be rotating, *Must be available to start right away* Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:00am Wage: $21.00/hour Why Work With Us? - Weekly Pay (Direct Deposit on Thursdays)! - Vacation Pay Job Responsibilities: - Schedule time for drivers to make their deliveries - Ensure that emergency orders are delivered within expected time frames - Provide customer service support to driver and client representatives in a transportation environment - Investigate and solve daily delivery, inventory, and equipment problems - Determine daily workloads and allocate drivers accordingly, utilizing the appropriate systems - Schedule repairs and preventive maintenance service on equipment - Prepare manifests and delivery trip log for the warehouse - Process requests for Advanced Shipping Notice for cancellation and refused orders - Assist Logistics Supervisor in areas of quality control for driver administration, compiling location reports and dispatching - Any other related duties assigned Qualifications: - One year of dispatching or similar experience required - High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required - Ability to multi-task and work in a quick pace environment - Detail-oriented and strong problem solving skills - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work Liberty Staffing Services Inc.
