Employment Type: Part time Shift: Day Shift Description: Our Imaging Technical Assistant provides scheduling services and exam instructions for patients and physician offices. Maintains patient flow in productive, organized, and timely manner. Assures accurate clerical documentation of patient information and exam data. Provides safe and comfortable transportation for patients of all ages. Provides effective internal and external patient communication consistent with age and mental capacity. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. 2. At hire, Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required. (ACLS and/or PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS) 3. A minimum of one year of patient care experience, or accepted into a Radiology Program, or customer related field is required.
