Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust commitment to promoting health and wellness, while also providing exceptional instruction and support to our clients. As a Fitness Instructor, you will lead engaging classes—including kickboxing, dance, and other interactive fitness formats—motivate participants, and create a positive environment that encourages fitness and well-being. Duties Design and deliver high-quality fitness classes (e.g., yoga, Pilates, Zumba, kickboxing, dance, and interactive formats) tailored to various skill levels and goals. Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of exercises to ensure proper technique and safety. Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation and builds community among clients. Monitor participants' progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their fitness objectives. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition. Engage with clients to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service. Collaborate with team members to develop recent programs—including cutting-edge dance, kickboxing, and interactive fitness classes—that enhance the overall fitness experience.
