This position is responsible for full‑cycle recruiting of hourly manufacturing positions. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of recruiting best practices, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced, high‑volume manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities

Lead high‑volume, full‑cycle recruitment efforts for hourly positions to support business operations and maintain proper staffing levels. Build strong collaboration with supervisors and crew scheduler in understanding staffing needs. Develop and maintain good employee communications/relations to promote positive teamwork attitudes and overall company retention.Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Support all internal and external audits related to human resources functions. Maintain compliance with law, regulations, and guidelines as related to human resources activities. Support the development and implementation of initiatives that create an engaged work force.Provide great customer service to everyone ensuring others get the support required. Qualifications And Education Requirements

3+ years working in Human Resources, with at least one year focused on high‑volume recruitment. 2+ years working in a Manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree preferred. Food Manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and other related software.Effective communicator at all levels and able to deliver presentations on a routine basis.
