We are currently recruiting for a full-time (37.5 hours per week), regular, Program Assistant in Autism&Behavioural Services. The designated office for this position is London, working primarily out of the 745 Fanshawe Park Road location. Some travel to regional offices may be required. This position is expected to begin in June 2026. Responsibilities
Answer the door for clients/families and deliveries Recorder/Minute taker for 745 Joint Health and Safety Committee Assist with creation of therapy materials as requested (e.g., picture symbols, PECS, choice boards, visual schedules) Order therapy resources, supplies, materials etc. Order, catalogue, track, and maintain resource and equipment information in appropriate databasesClean and organize toys for clients Organize and maintain resources for staff Warranty and equipment maintenance of ABS therapy equipment Large scale photocopying, laminating, and other duties as assigned Support program promotion to families and communities by creating materials and flyers Organize courier pick-ups of materials and mail to be sent to families and regional teamsQualifications
Minimum 2-year college diploma in Business or other related field Reception experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Boardmaker. Experience with Reference Manager, InDesign and Adobe is considered an asset, understanding of TVCC style and branding including accessibility Excellent organizational skills to balance multiple duties and complete tasks in a detailed, timely, and effective mannerAbility to take initiative and be flexible to assist with specific projects as needed Work effectively independently and as a part of a team Well‑developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate meetings and events including appropriate people, facilities, and equipmentBasic knowledge of Autism and ABA is considered an asset Valid Ontario driver’s licence and access to a vehicle Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis Salary Range: $26.41 - $29.14/hour Application Deadline: May 22nd, 2026 Interested in Applying?
