Key Responsibilities:• Check guests in and out of the hotel • Answer inquiries via phone and email • Book reservations and manage billing • Maintain accurate shift activity records • Ensure a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk

Requirements:• Preferably two-year degree in hotel management • Minimum 1 year of front desk experience • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills • Solid knowledge of accounting practices • High proficiency with Opera/Opera Cloud
