The incumbent will support the Research Innovation and New Technology (RINT) team and the product development team by contributing to research on new technologies and business opportunities. Key tasks include: Source opportunities on Patsnap / Orbitor and synthesize scientific research findings Organize and report results using computer applications such as Excel and Microsoft Word, including formulation documentationPerform basic bench‑top investigations (color, viscosity, pH, texture, particle size, density) Support sensory evaluations of dairy products, record experimental data, and assist in analysis using basic statistical tools Follow laboratory safety protocols, GMP, and maintain cleanliness and proper equipment maintenancePerform other duties as assigned, ensuring quality in all work activities Qualifications

Currently pursuing a post‑secondary education in Chemistry, Science, or a related field Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning new research platforms Strong knowledge in food science Strong written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Excellent organizational skills andability to handle multiple projects and prioritiesCreative problem‑solving and analytical skills Capacity to use research platforms to enhance research capabilities Benefits
