Responsibilities You will be responsible for all activities associated with the successful delivery of the course, including but not limited to: developing, preparing, and delivering the course; setting and marking examinations; assessing the academic work of students; and reporting grades. Candidates must be willing to undertake training required by the Employer, including health and safety, harassment and discrimination, and legislated service standards. Qualifications - Minimum of a BSCN degree in Nursing; MScN, MPH, or related degree preferred. - Current, unrestricted registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) required. - Recent and relevant Registered Nurse clinical practice experience aligned with the subject matter of the course. - Specialized practice areas that reflect the delivery of course content and are not otherwise available within the unit will receive particular consideration. - Effective teaching performance at the post‑secondary level appropriate to the mode of instruction (in‑person, clinical, simulation, or online) considered a significant asset, with evidence such as teaching evaluations, assessments, dossiers, curriculum development, or other indicators of learner achievement. - Recognized expertise or specialization in the relevant subject area, supported by academic preparation, qualified nursing practice, and/or notable qualified achievements aligned with the learning objectives of the course.
