Augmentative Communication Speech-Language Pathologist (London)

Exciting opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Augmentative Communication Services team in London. This full-time role involves client assessments and developing support plans across several counties. Scheduled to start in July 2026, you will assess diverse communication needs and recommend suitable augmentative communication solutions. You'll be responsible for collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals to create individualized care plans and facilitate training for community support. Your expertise is essential in advocating for clients and supervising support staff. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate clients’ communication requirements and make recommendations - Manage funding eligibility through the Assistive Devices Program - Collaborate on care strategies with clients and their support networks - Consult and educate community therapists and caregivers - Stay updated with AAC and supervise junior personnel Requirements: - Registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists - Experience in pediatric settings preferred - Robust organizational and interpersonal skills - Valid Ontario driver’s license required - Certification in First Aid and CPR is necessary Utilize your communication expertise to empower individuals using AAC across London and surrounding areas.
