We’re looking for someone who wants to become an integral part of a growing brokerage and help shape how our office runs every day. This role combines claims support, client care, and office operations, and is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, organization, and being the person a team relies on. The Chance This is more than a traditional claims or administrative position. You will work closely with ownership and the team to help support clients, coordinate workflows, and keep our brokerage running smoothly. Over time, this role has the opportunity to grow into a key operational position within the brokerage. What You’ll Be Responsible For Client Care & Claims Support - Support clients through the claims process with empathy and clarity - Act as the main contact between clients and insurers during claims - Track open claims and assist with follow-ups - Help clients feel supported during stressful situations Office Operations - Help organize daily brokerage workflows - Support brokers with documentation, processing, and follow-up - Maintain organized client files and systems - Identify ways to improve efficiency and consistency - Help ensure nothing falls through the cracks Team Support - Be a central point of coordination within the office - Assist with onboarding processes and internal organization - Contribute ideas that make the office better for clients and staff Who Thrives Here You may be perfect for this role if you: - Naturally take ownership and like keeping things organized - Enjoy helping people and solving problems - Are calm, professional, and dependable - Notice what needs to be done without being asked - Like variety instead of repetitive tasks - Want to grow with a small business rather than disappear inside a large corporation Insurance experience is valuable, but strong administrative, client service, legal, medical office, or coordination experience can also translate well. We can teach insurance. We can’t teach attitude, care, and initiative.
