Construction / Hardscaper (London)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hardscaper to join a well-established company in St. Mary’s, ON (30+ years in business). The ideal candidate will have experience in outdoor hardscape installation, including stone, brick, and concrete features. This is NOT an entry-level role — hardscaping experience is required. Location: St. Mary’s, ON (Applicants must have reliable transportation to commute daily) Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal Pay: $24.00–$28.00 per hour Schedule: 10–12 hour shifts, Monday–Friday Job Duties - Planting large trees, shrubs, and garden beds - Install patios, walkways, benches, and site furniture - Lay sod, grade soil, and prepare sites - Assist with landscape and hardscape construction - Operate landscaping tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, tractors) - Measure, level, and align materials to ensure high quality finishes - Load/unload and transport heavy materials - Maintain a clean and secure worksite - Operating landscaping equipment including skid steers, mini excavators, backhoes, and tractors - Maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality throughout each project Requirements - Minimum 2-3 years of landscaping or hardscaping experience (required) - Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather - Experience with landscaping equipment (asset) - Valid driver’s license (G) + reliable transportation to St. Mary’s - Clean driver’s abstract - High school diploma or equivalent Why Apply? - $24–$28/hr — above-average pay for summer work - Work outdoors and stay active - Gain hands-on experience in landscaping & construction - Join a professional, established team - Opportunity for ongoing or returning seasonal work If you have landscaping experience and want a high-paying summer job, apply today!
