Job Title Internship - Fall 2026 - Repair&Overhaul Customer Solutions Group.
Location Saint‑Hubert, QC. On‑site, Monday‑Friday, flexible hours.
Internship Dates 31 August– 18 December 2026.
Job Summary During this four‑month internship in the after‑sales customer service department, you will design and develop software tools that improve customer support. You will study the needs of event managers, create online platforms, gather feedback, and generate performance reports to continually improve the tools.
Responsibilities
Study the needs of event managers and identify service gaps.
Design software tools or online platforms to streamline issue resolution.
Gather customer and team feedback to refine solutions.
Generate periodic reports on tool effectiveness.
Monitor customer service performance to ensure positive impact.
Automate and improve existing reports and develop Power BI tools.
Develop processes and methodology to improve data quality.
Qualifications
Eligible to work in Canada.
Enrolled in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
Can work on‑site in the province of hire.
Pursuing studies in Business Administration, Mechanical, Software, Computer, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
Strong English written and spoken proficiency.
Ability to develop and initiate optimization strategies.
Capable of supporting motor event managers.
Proficient in coordinating and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Can implement globally scalable solutions for standardization.
Desired Skills
Organizational skills.
Project‑management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with varying priorities.
