Position Details - Full-time / Part-time / Permanent - Day, evening, weekend, and holiday availability required - In-person position Location 4873 Rue Notre-Dame Ouest Montreal, QC H4C 1S9 Responsibilities - Deliver a luxury-level client experience tailored to each individual customer - Build long-term relationships with local and international clientele - Guide clients through both our vintage archive and modern collections with confidence and product expertise - Provide personalized styling recommendations based on fit, lifestyle, and aesthetic - Maintain deep knowledge of brand history, product stories, materials, and current releases - Support visual merchandising and uphold presentation standards across the sales floor - Assist with store opening and closing procedures - Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to ensure smooth product flow and inventory accuracy - Contribute to achieving and exceeding store sales targets - Support special launches, activations, celebrity visits, and in-store events Qualifications - Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, eyewear, jewelry, watches, or high-end hospitality preferred - Strong sales ability with a proven track record of delivering elevated customer experiences - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong sense of personal style and awareness of fashion, music, and contemporary culture - Ability to build authentic relationships with clients and create repeat business - Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Fluency in both French and English required - Experience in eyewear or luxury fashion is considered an asset Candidates selected for interviews will be contacted directly by our team.
