Position Overview As Operations Coordinator – Residential Portfolio, you will support day‑to‑day operations across multiple properties, working closely with Property Managers and leadership. This role sits at the intersection of operations, administration, collections, and legal coordination, requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment. Key Responsibilities - Support day‑to‑day operations and administrative functions across the portfolio. - Assist with lease administration, including renewals, notices, and documentation. - Support collections activities, including payment tracking and arrears follow‑ups. - Assist in preparing and managing TAL (Tribunal administratif du logement) files. - Coordinate hearings, documentation submissions, and follow‑ups with stakeholders. - Assist with reporting and accounts receivable reviews. - Collaborate with internal teams (Property Managers, legal, operations) to ensure efficiency. Desired Candidate - 2+ years of experience in property management, administration, operations, or collections. - Experience in residential real estate is strongly preferred. - Exposure to collections or TAL processes is an asset. - Familiarity with Yardi, BuildingStack, or similar systems is an advantage. - Bilingual (French & English), written and spoken.
