Maintenance Director Longueuil

POSITION DESCRIPTION: The welcoming Jazz St-Gabriel residence is currently seeking a Maintenance Director to fill a full time daytime position. The Maintenance Director is responsible for coordinating the activities of housekeeping staff, managing requisitions, and ensuring the buildings are kept safe at all times. They perform various tasks related to building maintenance and managing maintenance and renovation projects. Daytime schedule, 40 hours per week and weekends as needed (emergency calls) ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain property areas and systems Actively participate in various company committees - Know and apply company policies and procedures All other related tasks Assist residents with any deficiencies related to services provided by the residence Be available to respond to emergencies Manage apartment renovations in accordance with the program established by general management/the general manager Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.) Show apartments to prospective tenants and collect the rents of existing tenants Supervise the maintenance of the equipment EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma (SSD) Qualified training in general building maintenance (an asset) PERKS: Cellular provided Computer is provided Uniform provided Free parking To be discussed Group insurance Social leave Employee Assistance Program Vacation Consistent schedule JOB STATUS: Temporary: Full Time JOB SCHEDULE: Day time Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2nlx4x
