Job Description We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who thrives in a creative environment and is passionate about crafting high-quality visual materials across print and digital. From brand identity to display mockups and editorial layouts you’ll contribute to projects that are both visually compelling and strategically impactful. Joining Techo-Bloc means becoming part of a passionate, supportive culture that values curiosity, continuous learning, and bold ideas, with opportunities to work on inspiring projects that keep creativity flowing year-round. - Translate brand strategy and project requirements into compelling visual concepts that inspire, inform, and engage target audiences. - Design and produce a wide range of print and digital assets, including catalogs, brochures, digital advertisements, sales tools, merchandising materials, and signage. - Create visually engaging digital content and social media content that align with current social trends and platform best practices. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create materials that clearly communicate product features, benefits, and specifications. - Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards through careful quality control and attention to detail. - Prepare final artwork for print production, ensuring all files meet technical and production specifications. - Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and creative techniques, and proactively explore recent ways to elevate the brand. Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years’ experience. - Bilingual – French & English (due to frequent communication with employees in Quebec, Ontario, and the United States). - Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge. Figma and After Effects is a plus). - Experience with data merge and script functions in InDesign to streamline catalog and price list creation. - Ability to leverage new AI-powered design and automation tools to enhance efficiency, improve workflows, and optimize content creation (Nano Banana, MidJourney, CoPilot, Claude Ai). - Understanding of print production, pre-press and color management. - Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and logistics while maintaining creative excellence. - Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to bring designs from concept to reality. - A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills to work effectively across departments.
