Internship in Digital Engine Services Support, Longueuil

Embark on an internship at Pratt&Whitney Canada in Longueuil as part of the Digital Engine Services team. This role focuses on customer support and process improvement.

During your Fall 2026 internship, you will join the Customer Support team at P&WC, learning about our innovative engine products and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This position includes assisting in the drafting of training documents while contributing to internal audits and customer interactions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:• Assist with customer support and improvement studies • Draft and standardize support processes documentation • Help during monthly and quarterly audits • Engage with first responder teams on customer issues • Participate in technical communications and updates

Requirements:• Currently enrolled in an engineering degree program • Eligible to work in Canada for the internship duration • Knowledge of English for technical tasks and documentation • Ability to work on-site in Longueuil • Available for flexible working hours through December
