What will your day‑to‑day look like?

You will be part of the Reliability and Maintenance Service Supervision team, responsible for maintaining and repairing engine parts production equipment.

Manage employees in a unionized environment.

Ensure smooth daily operations.

Assign work priorities.

Act as a resource person for the department.

Apply the rules of the collective agreement.

Take charge of projects (layout, health and safety, environment, productivity, etc.) that enable the department's continuous improvement.

Act as a prevention officer and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety rules.

Ensure the performance and coordination of services during planned and unplanned interventions to help internal clients meet business objectives.

Maintain equipment in line with operational, quality and legal requirements.

What do you need to be successful?

Be eligible to work in Canada.

Relevant management experience in a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple mandates and projects.

Strong decision‑making and interpersonal skills.

Ability to influence and act as a change agent.

Ability to synthesize information, see the big picture, and improve processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple demands in a fast‑paced environment.
