Transfab is a non-unionized manufacturing company specializing in electrical distribution. With approximately 60 employees, the company is experiencing steady growth and offers a hands-on, fast-paced production environment where teamwork, reliability, and efficiency are key.

About the Role

We are looking for a warehouse associate to join the packaging department on the day shift. This is a manual, hands-on role that plays an important part in supporting daily production and distribution activities.

The successful candidate will report to the Production Planner, and will contribute directly to the smooth execution of daily operations on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual packaging and product preparation tasks
• Handle, move, and organize production materials
• Ensure products are properly packaged and meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work workplace
• Support the production team in meeting daily targets and deadlines
• Actively participate in day-to-day manufacturing operations

What We’re Looking For

• Ideally bilingual (English required; ability to read and understand basic French is essential)
• Good manual dexterity and ability to learn quickly
• Proactive, energetic, and motivated individual
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute in a manufacturing environment

Schedule & Conditions

• Monday to Friday
• 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (day shift)
• Full-time, permanent position
• Vacation + Insurance
