Job Title: Receiving Associate (Unloading) – Full-time Contract

Location: Longueuil, QC, Canada (Onsite)

Pay Rate: 18.00 20.00 CAD/hour

Schedule: Full-time (30+ hours/week)

Duration: 7 Month Contract

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Associate (Unloading) to support warehouse receiving operations in Longueuil, QC. This role is responsible for unloading inbound shipments, verifying materials, documenting discrepancies, and supporting inventory processes within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome carriers and assist with inbound receiving activities at the warehouse dock
• Unload inbound shipments, including parcel deliveries and light pallets using pallet jacks
• Sort incoming materials and prepare receiving documentation
• Verify packing list quantities and identify discrepancies or damaged materials
• Document and communicate receiving issues to the Receiving Supervisor, including photo documentation when required
• Support inventory labeling and material put-away activities during periods of high receiving volume
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or receiving experience preferred
• Experience operating manual and electric pallet jacks
• Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret packing lists, purchase orders, quantities, and tracking information
• Clear written communication skills
• Ability to lift boxes up to 30 lbs
• French fluency is required
• English speaking and writing skills are considered an asset

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
