Order Entry Customer Service (Longueuil)

Bulletin Pro Sports is a leading apparel company developing premium quality products in the sport athletic and athleisure market, based in Montreal, Canada.

Your Daily Tasks Will Include

· Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures

· Ensuring all data is accurate based on shipping dates, prices, and requirements

· Open new product SKUs using information provided

· Open and maintain customer accounts using information provided

· Customs documentation

· Invoicing

· Filing paperwork

· Following up on the status of orders

Qualifications

· Bilingual (English & French)

· At least 1 year of experience in customer service with order entry or equivalent experience

· The ability to work independently or within a team setting

· The ability to prioritize workload and be flexible in a deadline driven environment

· Dependable with strong organizational skills

· Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)

· Working knowledge of office equipment and computer

· Friendly, personable and willing to speak with clients and sales reps
