Senior Java Developer / Java Backend Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with 7+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, cloud platforms, and database technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications
  • Build and deploy Microservices-based architecture
  • Develop RESTful APIs and backend services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
  • Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
  • Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions
  • Work with DevOps teams for CI/CD implementation
  • Ensure best coding practices, unit testing, and documentation

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Core Java (Java 8/11/17)
  • Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
  • Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture
  • Experience with Hibernate / JPA
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs
  • Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with Kafka/RabbitMQ
  • Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP
  • Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins
  • Robust understanding of Design Patterns and System Design
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
