Your New Company Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing real estate owner and operator with a diversified portfolio of residential and commercial assets across Quebec. Known for their high standards, modern properties, and commitment to tenant experience, they offer a dynamic and performance-driven environment. Your current role Reporting to senior leadership, the Senior Property Manager will oversee the full operational and financial performance of a multi-site portfolio while leading on-site teams and driving tenant satisfaction. - Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple residential and commercial properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service delivery - Conduct regular site visits to identify priorities, address issues, and implement improvements while ensuring operational efficiency and consistency - Prepare and manage operating budgets, monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support revenue optimization and overall asset performance - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce regular management reports - Lead, coach, and develop on-site staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and strong performance - Manage team performance, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure optimal workforce productivity - Deliver high-quality service to maintain strong tenant satisfaction, responding to concerns professionally and efficiently - Build and maintain strong tenant relationships while supporting retention initiatives - Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring timely execution of required work - Manage vendors and contractors while identifying and implementing initiatives to improve property performance and asset value What you’ll need to succeed You will bring 3-5+ years experience in property management within a leadership role, with experience managing a high volume of doors, possess strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, control costs, and contribute to overall asset performance. You are a natural leader with experience managing and developing teams, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong customer service mindset, high level of organization, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting are essential.
