Job Title: Project Director – Civil Engineering Location: South Shore of Montreal Job Type: Full time Sector: Civil Engineering / Public Works / Infrastructure Salary: $140,000 to $150,000 + annual bonus Job Description A well-established contractor in the civil engineering sector is looking for a project director to play a pivotal role in the performance of their team. This position is halfway between strategy and human support; it does not involve directly managing projects, but rather mentoring project managers, resolving operational issues, and ensuring the team's skill development.
