Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Manager position located in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area. The Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure a high standard of customer service, and lead the team to meet business goals. Responsibilities include overseeing staff scheduling, managing inventory, maintaining compliance with operational standards, and implementing strategies to enhance staff performance and efficiency. The Manager will also address customer concerns, ensure a clean and safe work workplace, and report on store performance and financial results.
