Your New Company Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing real estate owner and operator with a diversified portfolio of residential and commercial assets across Quebec. Known for their high standards, modern properties, and commitment to tenant experience, they offer a dynamic and performance-driven environment.
Your new role Reporting to senior leadership, the Senior Property Manager will oversee the full operational and financial performance of a multi-site portfolio while leading on-site teams and driving tenant satisfaction.
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple residential and commercial properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service delivery
Conduct regular site visits to identify priorities, address issues, and implement improvements while ensuring operational efficiency and consistency
Prepare and manage operating budgets, monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support revenue optimization and overall asset performance
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce regular management reports
Lead, coach, and develop on-site staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and strong performance
Manage team performance, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure optimal workforce productivity
Deliver high-quality service to maintain strong tenant satisfaction, responding to concerns professionally and efficiently
Build and maintain strong tenant relationships while supporting retention initiatives
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring timely execution of required work
Manage vendors and contractors while identifying and implementing initiatives to improve property performance and asset value
What you’ll need to succeed You will bring 3-5+ years experience in property management within a leadership role, with experience managing a high volume of doors, possess strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, control costs, and contribute to overall asset performance.
You are a natural leader with experience managing and developing teams, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong customer service mindset, high level of organization, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. Bilingualism in French and English is required
