ROSZ is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team! The Role
The Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering against a wide range of design mandates in a multidisciplinary environment. Working under the guidance of the Creative Director and Art Director, they must demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a strong overall design aesthetic. The Graphic Designer will execute across a range of projects, including branding, packaging, print, presentations, social media, video storyboarding, and more. They will work closely with our creative team to ensure design integrity and brand alignment across all touchpoints.Qualifications
5 years of experience in graphic design, minimum. Well-versed in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Possesses a strong portfolio with professional work examples that demonstrate concept development, excellent use of typography, composition, and image selection. Has excellent knowledge of production, both print and digital/social.Delivers compelling designs that are on-brand and can jump from one brand to another, all within a quick turnaround. Flourishes while working independently or with a team and always brings an eagerness to learn. Understands brand standards and how to apply them across all mediums. Is conceptual, strategic, cooperative, and embodies an all-around passion for creativity.Has the ability to conceptualize and execute designs from a blank-canvas state. Time management: You can manage your time, hit deadlines, and be on time for meetings, all while juggling multiple projects. Team player: You are positive, collaborative, and have a contagious spirit that works well with others.Mandatory Requirements
Applications will not be reviewed if they do not include a portfolio or sample of work. Candidates must live in Montreal and be able to commute to our location in Ville Saint-Laurent. We will not review applications that do not meet these criteria. What We Offer
