Your job Provide advanced technical support for the Clearing it team’s critical applications, including analysis, diagnosis and resolution of incidents in production Develop and develop applications and support tools to improve the stability, performance and automation of operational processes Work on AWS cloud environments to support, maintain and optimise applications and their components Work with the development, infrastructure, security, database and operations teams to identify root causes and implement lasting corrective measures Participate in releases, post-deployment validations and support for new features in compliance with operational requirements Document and share knowledge related to architectures, support procedures and best practices in order to promote effective knowledge transfer Your team The Vice-President – Capital Markets is a team of specialists who work agile, proactively and collaboratively to ensure the reliability of systems and the continuous improvement of technological processes.
