You’ll work closely with engineering leadership while mentoring developers and helping shape best practice across the wider team. Developing and enhancing scalable SaaS applications Leading implementation of complex technical features Mentoring developers and supporting engineering best practice Contributing to architecture and technical decision‑making Building and integrating APIs and external services Exploring AI‑enabled functionality including automation, summarisation and intelligent workflowsCollaborating with product and engineering teams in an agile environment Tech stack

Ruby / Ruby on Rails JavaScript React / Vue / AngularJS PostgreSQL REST APIs Git / Jira What we’re looking for
