Appointment Scheduler– Service Department Longueuil Toyota is looking for an appointment scheduler to join its service department team.
Responsibilities
Schedule appointments for the service department.
Confirm appointments.
Answer incoming service calls.
Make outgoing calls (promotional campaigns, maintenance reminders, etc.).
Work closely with the mechanical department team.
Perform any other related tasks as needed.
Advise customers on recommended maintenance.
Qualifications
Experience in automotive mechanical service (an asset).
Working Conditions Schedule: Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Compensation Salary: Based on experience.
